#28. Duration of Covenants.
"These covenants and restrictions are to run with the land and shall be binding on all parties and all persons claiming under them until ten (10) years after the recordation of the plat of Hidden Meadow East, Section One, at which time said covenants and restrictions shall be automatically extended for successive periods of ten (10) years, unless by a vote of the then owners of the fee title of not less than fifty-one percent (51%) of the lots covered by these covenants and restrictions, it is agreed to change such covenants or restrictions in whole or in part."
