#35 Tree Removal
"The Hidden Meadow Architectural Control Committee shall have the exclusive right to approve or disapprove of any and all trees to be removed from any lot for the purpose of constructing a home, or driveway, or for landscaping or any other purposes. The homeowner and their contractor shall notify the Developer in writing of his intentions to commence construction and mark trees to be cut and removed with orange spray paint forty-eight (48) hours prior to cutting or removing to allow sufficient time for inspection of trees to be removed.

#35 Tree Removal:
If you are taking a tree out, due to it being dead or dying, you do not need HOA approval. If you are going to take trees out to build or create something in its place you will need Architectural Control Committee approval and zoning board approval.
