Reminders:
Violations Committee was put into the covenants to make sure we all follow the covenants. We have homeowners asking when it will be addressing some of the issues in our neighborhood.
1. Cars in your yard on any part is not allowed, per covenants.
2. Watering and mowing your lawn is required. (Covenants)
3. Yard lights are to be electric and have a working bulb. All homes are required to have a yard light. (Covanents)
4. Kiddie pools are to be removed from your yard every night. (Bylaws)
These are just a few of the issues the violations committee has been asked to address.
